The Dawson Creek Exhibition is celebrating its 102nd Anniversary in 2024. We run a large crew of temporary staff in July/August. We are seeking someone with experience coordinating Staff & Volunteers (preferably in an event setting).
Staffing Coordinator Duties :
- Scheduling Staff/Volunteers
- Orientating Staff/Volunteers
- Interviewing Staff
- On- Site Staff Management during the event
This position is a part-time position beginning in March, the job can be based mainly at home (with internet access), DCEA will provide a laptop for your use and we will provide office space on the grounds. Beginning in Mid-July the job will transition to more full-time and on-site with the coordinator running orientation sessions, staff interviews and some set up duties.
This position is REQUIRED to be able to be ON-SITE from August 5th to August 11th.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Experience:
