Position description
Reporting to the Store manager, the incumbent is responsible for managing the receipt and dispatch of goods, the maintenance of the warehouse and shop windows, the management of goods in the warehouse, customer service for picking up goods.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and a pleasant experience for customers;
- Ensure that the order is paid completely before delivering it to the customer;
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory;
- Contact customers to notify them of the receipt of their orders;
- Apply company procedures and policies;
- Respect work safety programs;
- Ensure the organization and maintenance of the warehouse;
- Wash the exterior display cases every two weeks and the interior display cases once a month;
- Contribute to the visual marketing of products;
- Participate in the regular maintenance of the store;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or the equivalent;
- Be able to lift heavy weights (50 pounds) and move heavy items of up to 200 pounds;
- Have boots with steel cap;
- Be available to work day, evening and weekends.
