Skills Required:

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers in understanding their needs and recommending appropriate storage solutions
- Assisting customers with reservations, rental agreements, and merchandise sales
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Working independently or with team members as needed
- Managing cash transactions and ensuring accuracy in daily operations
- Conducting regular inspections of storage units to ensure security and readiness for rental
- Collaborating with the Manager for training and exceeding company expectations
- Processing U-Haul rentals and returns, including light cleaning and maintenance checks
Expected Hours:
- 20-24 hours per week
