Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a culture of acceptance and happiness. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stored inventory
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
