As a student in the Materials Management division, you will contribute to the smooth running of internal and external goods receiving through the following activities:
Maintain a list of all internal customers who may receive and send mail;
Receive and respond to requests for internal courier services;
Other duties as required.
What we are looking for:
Experience as a mailroom clerk (an asset);
Knowledge in Microsoft office 365 suite.
Eligibility criteria:
Must be a full-time student at an educational institution, college or university;
Must return to full-time studies in the next session (proof will be required);
Bilingual: French/English;
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Working conditions:
Full time, 40 hours per week
Must be able to lift loads up to 25kg, 55lb;
Must be able to work outdoors;
Working on site with no possibility for teleworking.
Compensation: $17.00/hour to $23.62/hour – variation according to the student’s level of education
Status: May 27, 2024, to August 16, 2024
