Job Description:

The GRS Operations Transformation team is leading a multi-year program to modernize the Operations business unit through standardization of services and processes and by implementing modern applications to deliver service and automate key transactions.

Length of Term : 4 months (May - August 2024)

What will you do?

• Provide Project Management support to the GRS Operations Program Manager

• Assist the program teams with data analysis to help drive key decisions

• Coordinate the development and deployment monthly communications to key stakeholders

• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

What do you need to succeed?

• Results oriented and critical thinking – high sense of ownership

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Problem solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers of financial and operational performance

• Demonstrated strength and ability to design and implement processes and standards

• Strong prioritization and organization skills

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
