Location:

Riverside Park Pool – Kemptville

Available Positions:

Head Guard

Full-time position. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification, NL
Certification, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (LS Lifesaving

Instructor Certification and Aquatics Supervisor training considered an asset, but
not required), experience in pool program development, implementation and
evaluation, and proficiency in staff supervision, training, evaluation, and

coordination. Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
Compensation - $18.25 per hour

Team Lead

Full-time position. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification, NL

Certification, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification, Aquatics
Supervisor training (LS Lifesaving Instructor Certification and Aquatics Manager
trianing considered an asset, but not required), experience in pool program
development, implementation and evaluation, and proficiency in staff

supervision, training, evaluation, scheduling, coaching and coordination.

Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
Compensation - $19.00 per hour

Swim Team Coach

Full-time position. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification, NL
Certification, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification Coaching

Certification or equivalent experience( LS Lifesaving Instructor Certification
considered an asset, but not required), experience in pool program development,

implementation, and evaluation. Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
Compensation - $18.25 per hour

Lifeguard / Instructors

Full and part-time positions. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification, NL

Certification, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (LS Lifesaving
Instructor Certification considered an asset, but not required). Experience in pool

program implementation and evaluation or experience working with children
considered an asset. Candidates must be 15 years of age or older.
Compensation - $17.30 per hour for Lifeguards; $17.55 per hour for Instructors

Cashiers

Part-time positions. Candidates require Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
Certification. Experience using a POS system and handling cash in a customer
service environment. Aquatics training/certifications considered assets.

Compensation - $16.55 per hour
