Position Description:
Are you a University student looking for a casual summer job? Do you enjoy hanging out with children, being creative and going on fun adventures? We are looking for a Summer Camp Counsellors to work our weekly camps!
Under the supervision of the Assistant Directors, Summer Camp Counsellors will be responsible for the development and safety of children, as well as the implementation of programming.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe environment for children
Programming for children
Be a team player
Punctual and dependable
Have a positive attitude
Qualifications:
High School Diploma with childcare experience; any post-secondary education in a related field
Good written and verbal communication skills
Criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check
Standard First Aid/CPR or the willingness to complete
