Education 


Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program

Preferred field of study:Records and Information Management; Information Management; Information Sciences; Archives

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to categorize, classify, and manage large volumes of records efficiently
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze complex record-keeping requirements, identify compliance issues, and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to records management, including privacy laws, retention requirements, and industry-specific compliance standards.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaboration Skills: Capability to work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance in record-keeping practices.

Eligibility


To be eligible for the Summer Student Employment program, you must meet the following criteria:


• Study in one of the Corporation’s areas of business mentioned above

 

• Have completed your first year of University, College or Cégep, and 


• Be enrolled for the following year
