- Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.

- Supporting the store’s management team with team member relations.
- Communicating key messages to the store’s management team and team members.
- Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
- Ensuring accurate stocktaking in the department(s).
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment.
- Food Safe Certification.
- A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
- A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
