Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Buy The Sea is a fresh seafood market and fish n'chips shop. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and fresh sustainable seafood. We are looking for someone to join our team as a supervisor with the possibility to be promoted to assistant store manager. We offer a fun and easygoing place to work and our looking for someone reliable and hard working who loves seafood, and excels in customer service.

Duties will include helping customers, running the till, selling fish, serving fish and chips, dishes, cleaning tables, food prep, and cooking. Then will progress to more supervisor and management duties. Such as inventory management and ordering, overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks to staff, and handling customer complaints.

```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service is a must. A background in the food industry, kitchen management or restaurants would be an asset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
