The Support Services Analyst will support the delivery of lending to our members, ensuring all activities are in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Support Service Analyst provides expertise in loan processing and administration.
What will you do?
- Provide technical direction and support to advisory staff to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of moderate to complex loan files.
- Assist Support Specialists in the development and implementation of procedures within established policies to ensure effective operation of the Credit Union.
- Respond to verbal and/or e-mail requests utilizing MemberFirst service model.
- Work as part of a team to ensure service standards are met.
- Look for ways to improve our processes to provide exceptional member service.
Some things that would impress us:
- Minimum 1 year of formal education or equivalent; plus 1-3 years of job-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience with Microsoft O365, workflows, and file management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to members and coworkers.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and personal development.
