Current Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Instrument Person or Surveyor Assistant to join our advanced precise and technical Survey Department. The successful candidate will be working full time with a survey crew providing construction layout incorporating legal land surveys and civil engineering design providing accurate construction layout and field topographical surveys. Candidates must have the ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Must have:
- Civil Engineering Technician or Technologist background
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
- Focus and diligence, no distractions
Good to Have:
- Legal surveying experience an asset
- Ability to effectively interact with field staff
Educational Requirements:
- College graduate
