The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategically executing recruitment and contract administration
at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. The role centres on providing support to hiring managers,
concentrating on the formulation, promotion, and implementation of recruitment strategies for existing and future
vacancies.
The successful candidate will have the unique and exciting opportunity to partner, collaborate and shape the
future state of Human Resources within the organization.
Qualifications include:
University Degree and/or postgraduate studies with focus in Human Resources or equivalent experience
One to two years of progressive recruitment experience
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and a demonstrated ability to build effective
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Highly organized, flexible individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to be versatile and
adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner
Ability to maintain or shift focus in accordance with the with the organization’s changing priorities
Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize projects/ workload in a busy environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and software programs
Dynamic and forward-thinking professional with working knowledge of employment legislation and key HR
functions
Passionate and committed to continuous improvement in their day-to-day work environment
Demonstrated commitment to ensure your personal safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers,
and visitors; as well, support and contribute to a culture of prevention of adverse health events in our
organization
Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is an asset
Criminal Reference Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check recent within six (6) months is a requirement

providing acute care services to North Bay and its surrounding communities, functioning as the district referral
centre providing specialist services for smaller communities in the area, and it’s the specialized mental health
