Talent Agency - Call Time Information Distribution Assistant

TALENT AGENCY - CALL TIME INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT
This is a unique position with a split evening and morning shift.
Monday to Thursday evenings 6:00pm to 12:00am ( Midnight )
Tuesday to Friday mornings On-Call ( approx 7:00am to 9:00am )
Duties will include:
- Distributing Performer Scheduling and Work Information via Email
- Tracking and organizing all the information that needs to be sent out and that confirmation that is received.
- Customer Service / Answering Questions
- Phone Calls to Performers to ensure they understand the information that has been emailed.

The position will start off in-office for training and once fully trained will work from home.

About the Job:
**This can be a fast paced, deadline driven job, so we need someone able to handle stress calmly and efficiently.**
Our Performers are booked by the agents during the daytime for film and television productions.
In the evenings before their work day, YOU would be responsible to organize the information sent by the production and distribute this information to the performers.

Hours:
Monday (6pm-12am)
Tuesday (6pm-12am)
Wednesday (6pm-12am)
Thursday (6pm-12am)
**On-Call Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Mornings ( approx 7:00am to 9:00am )
**This will depend on if final information is distributed by the production after midnight and must be sent to the performers first thing in the morning.

Job Requirements:
- Must have proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable and available working nights. Someone able to be home during evenings/nights. *NOT for someone who likes to have an evening social life (*this is not the job for you!). Although this is a work from home position, you MUST not have other commitments at night (places to drive to, errands to run, etc).
- Must be fluent in English ( verbal and written )
- Must have a computer with reliable internet access ( printer may also be needed )

- Must be Very Organized, but comfortable working with a fast pace and constantly changing information flow. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST

- Familiarity with the Lower Mainland area is an asset
- Professional and well spoken English verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
