Responsibilities:
- Load coils on feedlines
- Operate robots (Fanuc)
- Independently set up and operate automatic press lines
- Perform set up tasks of manual transfer dies
- Assists production line leader or supervisor as needed
- Troubleshoot automation and minor tooling problems and repair them independently
- Utilized in manual transfer production
- Packing parts
- Complete and fill out product tags and production logging information
- Overall general shop labour as needed such as painting, sweeping and clean up
- Other general duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Lift Truck license
- 3 Years experience with automation and robots a must
- Overhead Crane Qualified
- Excellent communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with other Leaders, Managers, employees.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ensures adequate and continuous controls and exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change and delays
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
