SalaryOur client, an accounting firm located in Ottawa, is currently looking for a Tax manager to join their team.
Full time. Permanent.
- Planning for and implementation of corporate re-organizations ;
- Planning for sale and acquisition transactions ;
- Review of compliance returns including T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 ;
- Planning for and review of special tax compliance filings ;
- Internal resource for tax research for other staff members.
- Experience with tax compliance (T1, T2, T3, T5013) ;
- Certification In depth tax program ;
- Minimum 2 years preparing tax reorg planning memos ;
- Good knowledge of English ;
- Sense of responsibility ;
- Rigor.
