Goode Educational Services is a progressive and inclusive education company looking for certified educators to join our team to support students of all ages with their learning. We specialize in brain injury; however, we have students of various learning profiles and abilities. We serve clients across the province of Ontario and we're proud of our exceptional team, our exemplary services, and the clients we serve.
Currently, we're looking to fill openings in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This is an in-person position supporting a student at the High School level.
The successful candidate will be/have:
- A member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
- At least 1-2 years teaching experience
- Experience with different learning styles and needs.
- A thorough understanding of the Ontario curriculum, current educational pedagogy, and how to effectively and meaningfully apply it to creative program planning.
- Proficiency with taking a differentiated approach to teaching and learning.
- Comprehensive experience with diverse learners and learning styles.
- A team player who is proficient with educational technology (i.e. Google Classroom, online student journals, literacy/numeracy applications, etc).
- A desire to be a part of a growing organization that is effecting positive and meaningful change for children and their families.
