Description
Working 40 hours per week, the Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. Familiarity with person directed supports, developed communication skills and strong time management skills all assets. Ability to think creatively a must. All training provided. Requirements:
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driving License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred:
2 years Developmental Services experience
College diploma/Degree in related Field of Developmental Services, DSW equivalent
