Reporting to the Coordinator, Administrative Services, the Team Leader, Administrative Services utilizes proficient computer skills and a variety of computerized applications to provide administrative support to the Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Program and the local Management Team; provides direction to administrative support staff and oversees the day-to-day workflow for administrative support services; participates in and assists with the planning and development of administrative support policies and procedures and maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Travel may be a requirement of this position. Transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of Island Health in accordance with the service assignment and may require the use of a personal vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12, Office Administration Certificate, plus three (3) years' recent, related experience including two (2) years' supervisory experience and experience in contract administration, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid BC Drivers License.

- Ability to operate related equipment in a computerized office environment, including utilizing advanced word processing, spreadsheets, database software and email tools.
