Job Responsibilities

As an Technical Account Manager, you will take charge of overseeing account and relationship management in connection with the delivery of our services to clients. Acting as the primary strategic and executive liaison for the client, your main focus will be to optimize the business value generated by the various delivery teams across different workstreams within the account. Working closely with delivery team leaders, you will ensure they are well-equipped to successfully deliver in alignment with the client's objectives.

Key duties encompass:

  • Providing strategic and executive oversight for all engagements within designated accounts.
  • Clarifying and documenting the business case(s) and/or investment theses guiding the engagement.
  • Managing and supervising delivery quality across teams or workstreams in the account.
  • Collaborating closely with team leads to ensure resource adequacy for successful delivery, while providing updated forecasts to support roadmaps and overall timelines.
  • Maintaining team utilization as needed to meet delivery objectives.
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities and value-added services.
  • Staying informed about industry best practices and trends, understanding how they intersect with our service offerings and methodology.
  • Proactively communicating engagement progress to client executives and stakeholders.
  • Gathering and addressing client feedback through conversations, facilitated retrospectives, and/or surveys.
  • Overseeing engagement success metrics, budget, and revenue projections for assigned account(s).
  • Facilitating the development and documentation of case studies.

Qualifications

  • Possessing 8+ years of experience in software account and/or delivery management.
  • Having experience in software, Cloud, Salesforce, and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrating previous responsibilities related to revenue or P&L.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, particularly in negotiations, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
