Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS to manage candidate information and track progress
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or similar platforms
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively utilize various sourcing techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to leverage offers
