We are actively looking for a:
Technical Writer
The Technical Writer works with the Engineering department and collaborates with other Technical Writers/editors to develop customer-facing documentation for cutting-edge hardware and software products.
The successful candidate has excellent English writing skills for complex technical concepts and processes, and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely. You will learn to install, configure, and operate wireless technologies (hardware and controlling software/GUI) to understand product capabilities, use cases, and workflows. You will also review, edit, and maintain existing technical documentation to familiarize yourself with our products and technologies and to ensure that the documentation is clear and understandable to its intended audience.
Your daily life:
Write, update, and review technical documents (software user guides, installation guides, datasheets, hardware guides, etc. ), ensuring that they adhere to corporate standards
Collaborate with the Engineering team to collect technical content in a timely manner
Adhere to standards and processes
Perform other related duties as required
Profil
- University degree in Technical Writing, English, Engineering, or 5+ years experience in a technical writing or technical training role.
Excellent English language writing, editing, and communication skills for a predominantly English speaking audience.
Ability to analyze technical material
Ability to organize and structure complex information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Team player
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and adhere to tight timelines
