**Pride Marine Group is seeking an experienced Marine Mechanic for our Kingston location**

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain and repair of different types of boats
• Complete pre-delivery and final delivery inspections
• Test and repair inboard and outboard engines, hulls, propellers, navigational systems, electrical systems, steering gears, and boat accessories using various diagnostic equipment
• Work with the CSR’s to provide proper diagnostic information and labour quotes
• Complete all internal documentation for evaluations and warranty work
• Complete assigned work order in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor workflow to determine if scheduled time will be met or if an adjustment is needed to stay in budget
• Work closely with parts to obtain requirements needed to complete the job (both in stock and ordered parts)
• Maintain up to date knowledge on new and emerging technologies in marine service
• Work closely with Location Manager to create a personalized training plan
• All other duties as assigned

What We’d Like From You

• Experience in the Marine or Automotive industry considered an asset
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card required
• Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends
• Ability to lift, push, kneel and reach, including in high locations
• Ability to work on and off site as required
• Able to work in variable work environments and conditions

Salary: $24.00-$47.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
