Salary4L Communications is a family-owned and operated TELUS dealer with 21 locations across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Permanent Sales Manager for our Selkirk location. This Sales Manager also oversees the 4L Beausejour & Stonewall locations.

The Position:
- As a 4L Sales Manager you will be able to assist our customers to help choose the best TELUS products and services that will help improve clients day to day lives.
- You will become a product expert and train your reps on the complete TELUS lineup of smartphones, connected devices, accessories, rate plans, home security and automation, business solutions as well as TV and internet products (varies by region).
- At this location you will be responsible for Mobile Klinik training and repairs.
- 4L Sales Managers are comfortable dealing with customers in-store, as well as contacting our customers via phone or online interactions, including following up on reviews and inquiries from clients
- As a Sales Manager you will be accountable to individual and store sales targets and metrics. You will manage, coach, and provide support to your retail staff continuously.
- Liaison with TELUS, Human Resources, Operations, and the Director of Retail with regards to training, staffing, store operations, and sales objectives.
- Admin duties, including scheduling, stats reviews, performance plans, etc.

Salary: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
