Boost Business Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent for our North York office to handle all sales responsibilities, from generating leads to closing deals.

What You'll Do as the Sales Associate:
- Acquire new customers with leads provided
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, address their questions, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Stay informed about offered products and discuss available options.
- Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
