Location: Kamloops, BC
Wage: $47.24 per hour
Employment Term: Approximately April 15-23, 2024
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (assigned all days or all nights)
YOUR ROLE
The Kruger Kamloops Pulp Mill is currently seeking Red SealIronworkers to assist with our upcoming maintenance shutdown.
The employment term is expected to be from approximately April 15, 2024 to April 23, 2024. The rate will be $47.24 per hour. Travel allowance and living out allowance is not provided.
Temporary Shutdown Workers must have CSA approved steel toe boots and various tools required by their trade.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess an BC Journeyperson or Interprovincial Red Seal Ironworker certification;
- Previous experience working in a safety sensitive industrial environment;
- Previous shutdown experience is an asset;
- Previous experience working at a Kraft Pulp Mill is an asset;
- Possession of a dual ticket is an asset.
