Land Rover Moncton is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team, in a term role with the opportunity to extend!

As a Finance and Insurance Manager at Land Rover Moncton, you will assist customers in securing financing and insurance for their vehicle purchases. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of lending options are necessary. Your role is to help customers make informed financial decisions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be a liaison between our lenders and our clients, ensuring our client's automotive financing needs are met
- Process lease and finance deals in a timely manner in accordance with lending institutions and manufacturers
- Advise clients of insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to enhance their experience
- Provide the sales team with up-to-date training on programs, options and products
- Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery
Requirements:
- A proven sales background
- Experience in sales and financing in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles related to prime, subprime, and other non-traditional finance
- Ability to read credit bureau reports
- Excellent client service skills
Commission-based, with potential earnings of over $100,000/year, accompanied by a 90-day training top up of $550 per week.
