Manitoulin Transport is looking to hire a Terminal Manager in Wabush/Labrador City, NL. As a Terminal Manager, you would be expected to be involved in the day to day operation of the terminal to meet and exceed customer's demands. The Terminal Manager is directly involved with P&D, dispatch, dock, admin, recruiting, hiring, planning, policy, management and communication with direct and indirect customers. The Manager is held accountable for meeting both cost and service targets.

The staff consists of 6 P&D Drivers, a dock worker, and administrative clerk.

• Performing a variety of management duties in support of the terminal freight operation, you are a leader driven to achieve outstanding results, while enforcing a culture of safety and quality service at all times.
• You are a self starter who promotes teamwork amongst staff and maintains positive interactions while providing coaching, mentoring and motivation in support of performance objectives.
• Our ideal candidate will have a post secondary diploma preferably in business and/or experience managing in a transportation terminal preferably in the LTL or courier industry.
• Bilingual (French/English would be an asset)
