Your role involves:

  • Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
  • Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
  • Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on Sales and Marketing results.
  • Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
  • Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.

  • Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • The ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
  • A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation:

  • Base pay + uncapped commission.
  • Commission is paid on top of the base salary, with most of your income coming from commissions.
  • Commission is paid per service unit activated.
  • The amount of commission you earn per service unit activated will increase as you hit specific sales targets bi-weekly.

Your Role:

As a key player on our team, you will:

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailor-made solutions, delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • Act as an ambassador, supporting the sale of high-end services.

Travel:

Embrace the excitement of road trips and hotel living, traveling within the province for 1 to 2 weeks out of 4.

As a vital part of the role, you'll navigate the province with your personal vehicle, enjoying the flexibility and independence that comes with it.
