Job description

We currently have a full-time position available for a Tire Inventory Coordinator at our Truro location.

This is a great opportunity for a team-orientated person who brings a contagious can-do attitude to the workplace. The Tire Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all logistics of the tire warehouse. This is a physically demanding position and the candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Coordinate inventory and stock levels, including shipping, receiving and organizing merchandise

• Inventory control, understanding invoices, and shipping documents

• Conduct warehouse physical inventory counts, audits, and inspections of tires to be reconciled to computer software

• Organize tires on assigned inventory locations in the warehouse

• Work with management on warehouse layout

• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse

• Manage consignment inventories

Qualifications:

• Heavy truck tire experience is preferred

• Ability to drive forklift, experience preferred

• Must work independently with minimum supervision, take initiative and accountability

• Follow instructions quickly and efficiently, paying attention to detail

• Organizational skills a must

Schedule:

• 9-hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Possible overtime
