Assistant Operations Supervisor

```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse distribution center
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in warehouse distribution operations preferred
- Proficient in computerized inventory systems and warehouse management software
- Familiarity with package handling equipment and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
