Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement efficient workflow systems and procedures.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Communicate with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
• Assist in sourcing HVAC and electrical products, maintaining vendor relationships, and negotiating favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, vendor contracts, and customer information.
• Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the HVAC or Electrical industry, equipment sourcing, and electrical products is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
• Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
