Hotel Maintenance Personnel (Relocation To Owen Sound)

• Complete repair of equipment as assigned in order to maintain the physical structure and grounds of the hotel property.
• He/she will be responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program.
• Handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.
• Be available for emergency repairs.
• Coordinate/plan and work with other conctractors as needed.
• Must be able to problem solve and have a handyperson back ground.
• Must have basic knowledge about plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping.
• Have the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must have good organization skills.
• Must be able to work with a variety of tools and powertools
• Training can be provided for the right candidate.
