Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
• Experience in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Conducted regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Performed repairs and maintenance tasks including HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and structural issues.
• Responded promptly to guest requests and resolved maintenance issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborated with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
• Implemented preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
