Handyman/Woman/Maintenance

```Duties```
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace faulty electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged drywall or flooring
- Fix or replace broken windows, doors, locks, or screens
- Maintain trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture

-Daily cleaning duties.

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- knowledge of various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to read technical manuals
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Industrial electrician experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with low voltage systems is desirable

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
