Prairie Co-op is hiring a permanent part time (30-35hrs/week) Executive Assistant at our Administration Office in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
The Executive Assistant provides full confidential administrative assistance and corporate secretary duties to the General Manager and Senior Leaders. Ensures the General Manager and Senior Leaders are fully prepared for all engagements and meetings.
Prepare, edit, and administer correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Assist the GM, and/or Senior Leaders for meetings by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics
Manage, coordinate, and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the GM and senior leaders while proactively providing reminders and background information relevant to upcoming meetings
Anticipate the various and complex needs of the GM, and/or Senior Leaders by providing insights and recommendations
Participate, engage, and provide input in Prairie Co-op programs by contributing insights and providing administrative support
Coordinate and enhance member relations by planning and executing events in Prairie locations

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
You have a diploma with a preference for Office Administration or Office Management
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting senior levels of leadership
Youre familiar with Microsoft applications
