The Head Office in Niagara Falls, ON is looking for a hardworking, organized, and professional Tool Crib Attendant to join the Tool Crib team.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Fleet, Tool and Equipment Manager, the Tool Crib Attendant will be responsible for staging orders, loading and unloading trucks, order fulfillment and returns while also maintaining an accurate inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and staging orders for upcoming deliveries.
• Loading and unloading of trucks for both the company and third-party vendors while operating a forklift.
• Filling tool and equipment orders and requisitions for shops and jobsites.
• Documenting, inspecting and returning tools and equipment to inventory for future use.
• Assisting in maintaining an accurate inventory of all tools and equipment while ensuring a clean and safe work area.
• Ensuring responsibilities and accountabilities are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policy/procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
Ensuring that environmental aspects within his/her sphere of responsibility are adhered to pursuant to ISO 14001 requirements.

KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of construction trades, tools and equipment is required.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Experience operating a forklift is required; Must possess certification that is valid and up to date.
• Previous experience working in a construction-based environment is considered an asset.
• Adept data entry and information retrieval skills using various computer systems.
• Must possess a current and valid G-Level Driver's License.
• Previous training/certification obtained through WHMIS and any other safety related programs.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
