SHUTTLE DRIVER – PART-TIME, FULL TIME

Vine 49 is looking to add to our team of chauffeurs. Tour types include: Wine Tours, Wedding Transport, Airport Shuttles, Golf Transport, Dinner Transport, Group Bus or Van Rentals, Christmas parties and more.

*Class 4 Unrestricted license an asset not mandatory

THE COMPANY

Vine 49 was founded in 2020 by two young entrepreneurs, Matt & Drew. A unique vision that based itself on providing the best possible time for guests. Having both travelled extensively across the world, these 2 young men put all their tourism experiences together and have since created something special. The company has since guided over 5000 guests to lifetime memories across the Okanagan Valley all while holding a perfect 5 STAR GOOGLE rating with over 150 reviews.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip checks on vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of vehicles
• Monitor fluid levels and ensure vehicles are fueled at all times
• Report potential vehicle issues to Management
• Ensure a safe and comfortable trip for the guests
• Communicate professionally and effectively with the Dispatcher, Guest Service Agents, and Operations team via the radio and in person
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and represent Vine 49 Tours in a positive and professional manner
• Welcome guests and provide information as needed (length of trip, etc)
• Respond to guest’s questions and enquiries
