Tour Representative/Office Administrator

Elliot Lake Retirement Living is seeking applicants for the position of

· Casual part-time Tour Representative/office administrator

ELRL is a premier provider of rental housing in the City of Elliot Lake. ELRL owns and operates 1,375 residential rental units including houses, townhouses and apartments spread throughout the community. As an integral part of the Marketing and Sales team, this position is responsible for dealing with current tenants, as well as the introduction of Elliot Lake and Elliot Lake Retirement Living to potential residents. This individual will be trained to provide coverage in two different office administration roles, as well as how conduct tours with potential clients on an 'as needed' basis. Thus some of the tasks will include, but are not limited to: taking rent payments, putting in work orders, scheduling tours, sending out information packages, providing information on buildings/community, doing leasing paperwork.

All successful candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a positive outlook, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and extensive knowledge of the City and the surrounding area.

The position is a casual, with hours as needed.
