Responsibilities:
- Direct and control traffic at designated locations to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians
- Set up traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs
- Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to provide instructions and guidance
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Controller is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with traffic control devices and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Please note that this position requires the ability to build rapport with drivers and pedestrians, as well as effectively communicate instructions.

Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
