Responsibilities:
- Safely operate passengers to their destinations
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Ensure the safety of all passengers
- Perform pre-trip inspections of assigned buses
- Inform passengers of the fare when applicable and monitoring fare payment
- Provide friendly, respectful and helpful customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Manitoba class 5 driver's license with a minimum Driver's Safety Rating of -4 or higher
- Minimum of 2 years' driving experience satisfactory to the employer
- Grade 10 or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Customer service skills including in-person with the public
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Must provide a Police Information Check including vulnerable sector check satisfactory to the employer

- Strong map reading skills
- Conflict management skills
- Written communication skills including ability to understand and follow Transit policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
