About the Role

The Travel Insurance Specialist is the frontline of Xodus’ customer interactions. They are responsible for selling and servicing Travel Insurance policies and handling any questions related to the customer’s Travel Insurance journey, focusing on communicating with our customers in whatever manner they desire. The role requires sales-focused individuals committed to protecting our customers' best interests.

Job Description

• Providing expert advice, recommendations, and counselling to prospects about their Travel Insurance coverage customized to their unique needs.
• Quoting and selling customers through an omnichannel contact center solution.
• Resolving any concerns or complaints with a professional demeanor by leveraging product and service knowledge.
• Service existing customers' insurance products, including assisting the customer while travelling or throughout a claim.
• Continuous self-development via industry training and other courses
• Remain up to date with product knowledge in a dynamic environment.

What You Bring

• Accident and Sickness License or RIBO License with travel (Xodus will provide licensing if needed)
• Fluent in English and French.
• Motivated by a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
