The ideal Treatment Coordinator/ CDA for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours/week
• Monday - Thursday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 8-10 years of experience is required as a Treatment Coordinator/ CDA
• Experience with formulating treatment plans, High amount billings
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
