Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the facility
- Provide information about facilities, and services
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
