We are looking for an experienced front-line receptionist who will perform general office administration duties. The right candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
-answering and directing phone calls
-maintaining retail selection and pricing
-managing incoming and outgoing mail
-ordering parts and supplies
-completing warranty claims
-other administrative duties (faxing, photocopying, filing...etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
