Front Desk Receptionist

Heartwood & Co. is looking to grow their concierge team!

Heartwood & Co is a chic and relaxing salon located in a gorgeous heritage building in downtown Victoria. Currently offering a collective of beauty services including hair, makeup, lashes and more, it is a dynamic, fun and fast paced salon.

We are looking to add a full-time and part-time member to our Front Desk! We are searching for someone who is a pro at creating welcoming environments, committed to delivering exceptional customer experience, and passionate about beauty, to add to our team. Previous salon experience is preferred, but not required.

- Do you have experience in a reception and/or administrative role?
- Are you organized and able to multitask?

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive end to end experience for clients from check-in to check-out
• Confirming and scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, replying to emails
• Be knowledgeable of all services offered by Heartwood & Co
• Daily salon cleaning and organization
• Offer recommendations on retail products
• Additional duties as required.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Customer service all-star
• Previous experience in the salon industry is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills for operational excellence
• Tech savvy
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and be a quick problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
