Murray GM Abbotsford is looking for a friendly and easy-going person who can maintain professionalism in a casual environment. A positive can-do personality with sense of accountability, detail oriented with above average organizational skills, who will demonstrate ownership of their position.
Availability: Evenings, Saturdays and vacation relief, 10 to 20 hours per week. Flexibility is an asset.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- To service all client inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion
- Remain abreast on all product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Takes payments for service, parts and sales.
- The ability to multi-task and remain a director of first impressions whilst in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Prepare correspondence and documents as necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Computer Skills - MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel
· Valid driver’s license, an asset not a requirement
· Automotive retail experience an asset but not required
· Reliability, on time.
