Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
