We are located at Market Crossing in South Buranby. This location includes free parking.
Job description
We are looking for Medical Spa Front Desk Receptionist who is inspired to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and have the ability to sell medical spa oriented services over the phone, email and dm.
We are seeking to hire someone who is friendly, energetic, and organized.
Required Skills and Experience
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet clients and guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Register customers and collect documentation
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails and dms with professional etiquette
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Perform a variety of other clerical and reception duties
- Call and write prospective customers to book consultations
- Strong abilities with office suite and gmail.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram

- Mailchimp
- Go High Level CRM
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of medical spa services and products including ZO Skincare. Most important is ability to hanlde the volume of customer service interactions and ability to sell over the phone. Knowledge of treatments and products is prefferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
